REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Clinics Pathway Project Management Consultant will provide overall project management to ensure that timelines are maintained. Project management responsibilities include: the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope; oversee project logistics; set deadlines; assign responsibilities; monitor and summarize progress of project.

The Clinics Pathway Project Management Consultant will work directly with HOPE Clinic and the organization’s consultants to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. S/He will coordinate with and between departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Clinical Nurse

  Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse will work within our clinical service functions. Provide ongoing support to our clinical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic including the operations for covid vaccine and testing. Under broad supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures. Serve as nurse to oversee infection control, patient process and flow, and point of dispensing operations for COVID-19 related responses. Assists with the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program oversight. This position will also be responsible for assisting with quality assurance work within the clinical departments at the HOPE.

  Job Summary:

The purpose of this Community Health Advocate (CHA) position is to educate hard-to-reach community and enhance local partnerships to increase access to vaccines in the Greater Houston area, especially the Asian, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (A/AA and NH/PI) communities as well as other underserved communities. The CHA will work with the CHA Lead to disseminate culturally and linguistically tailored COVID-19/Influenza vaccine and outreach education resources. Training will be provided on Covid/flu vaccine efficacy and how to overcome hesitancy, and standardized data collection. Contractors will take part in virtual program meetings and training events provided by AAPCHO or the VEAP program and participate in virtual exchanges of best practices to address vaccine hesitancy and overcoming barriers to access.

Medical Assistant

  Job Summary:

Medical Assistant performs various office and clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently. He/She works as an integral part of the clinical teams across all medical specialties that HOPE Clinic offers to our patients.

Clinical Rotations’ Description: AAHC proudly opens our doors to host clinical rotations at HOPE Clinic in a variety of disciplines including family medicine, pediatrics, and OB/GYN. Please note that due to a high volume of applicants, only those who are matched with a preceptor will be contacted.
