HOPE Clinic is a full-service Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering evidence-based and data-driven healthcare to the Greater Houston community. Our comprehensive services include pediatric and adult primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, dental care, vision services, and preventive care, as well as chronic disease management. Additionally, we provide specialty care, including nutrition counseling, maternal health, immunizations, lab services, and social support programs. HOPE Clinic is dedicated to serving all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay, and takes pride in delivering culturally competent care in over 30 languages, ensuring everyone has access to quality healthcare.
Primary Care (All Locations)
HOPE Clinic’s Adult Primary Care services provide comprehensive care for both men and women ages 18 and older. Our focus is the patient’s well being by promoting preventative care and management of chronic diseases. We believe in providing preventative care to our patients when they are healthy to help keep them healthy.
OB/GYN (All Locations)
HOPE Clinic’s Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/GYN) department provides a wide range of comprehensive services to ensure the health and wellbeing of our patients. With expert providers on staff, our patients can be sure that they will receive the highest quality care that is patient-centered, friendly, gentle, and linguistically and culturally appropriate to meet any of their medical needs.
Pediatric Care (All Locations)
At HOPE Clinic, we understand that children are the future and we believe in supporting the health and happiness of children everywhere. That’s why we make it a priority to make your children a priority. Whether it is an annual well-child exam or an unexpected sick visit, we do our best to accommodate all your children’s needs. We provide a wide variety of age-appropriate services for children ages 0 to 18.
Eye Care (Beltway Location)
Our vision clinic is fully stocked with a wide variety of frames, lenses, and contact lenses and can help screen and perform routine eye exams and manage other chronic eye diseases.
Behavioral Health (Beltway Location)
At HOPE Clinic, we understand that your mental health is of the utmost importance because if left unmanaged it can affect your physical well-being. With a fully licensed team, we hope to be able to accommodate your needs and the needs of your family to help you lead a happy and healthy life!
Dental (Alief & West Locations)
A smile can be understood across all cultures, and here at HOPE Clinic we want to make sure your smile shines as brightly as possible! Our dental team provides routine cleanings, sealants, crowns, and other basic procedures.

Nutrition Consultation
With the rise of obesity and accessibility of processed foods, at HOPE Clinic, we know that it is important to maintain a well balanced meal in conjunction with an active lifestyle. Our registered dietitian provides one-on-one consultations as well as group visits to provide a personalized health plan for you to achieve and maintain the healthy lifestyle you desire!
Pulmonology
Partnering with the Methodist Hospital System, HOPE Clinic combines the expertise of providers from the medical center with the convenience of the HOPE Clinic location to help manage patients in need of a pulmonologist.
Payments
We accept most major health insurance including ACA Marketplace, CHIP, Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card for every visit. We accept credit card, check or cash for services.
FTCA
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HOPE receives HHS funding and Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
HOPE Clinic is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
