Writing reduces stress as it helps individuals process their thoughts and emotions. It also helps people think critically and to review situations in a different light. With this in mind, in August we announced an Essay Writing Competition for Middle School kids in cooperation with the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health. It was very encouraging to see such robust participation from these young Champions. The results of the Essay Competition were announced on November 25th, 2020!! The chief guest of the ceremony was State Representative Gene Wu. Thanks to everyone who participated; they are all Champions!!! Winners received a laptop and certificate; all others received goodies and certificates.
