Dear Valued Customer,
This is to inform you of a recall of Geri-Care Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops initiated by the product’s manufacturer, K.C. Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Please see the attached letter we received from the manufacturer for additional details.
Manufacturer is recalling seven lots of the Artificial Tears that they manufactured for us in 2024. Expiration dates for the products are between: 05/30/26 to 10/31/26.
Our records indicate that you received Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops of the following lots being recalled.
Please see below for the details. We also attached a sample carton label to assist in identifying the product.

This recall has been initiated due to potential concerns regarding the validation of the Company’s aseptic filling process for the period between March 27, 2024, and November 07, 2024. Use of this product may result in eye infection.
This recall is being conducted to the RETAIL level.
Immediately examine your inventory and quarantine product subject to recall. In addition, if you may have further distributed this product, please identify your customers and notify them at once of this product recall. Your notification to your customers may be enhanced by including a copy of this recall notification letter [or enclosed letter for customers.] Please see the attached DRUG RECALL RESPONSE FORM for further instructions.
