RECRUITMENT SCAM ALERT

HOPE Clinic is aware of fraudulent recruitment scams involving individuals or organizations falsely representing themselves as HOPE Clinic recruiters. Scammers may use fake websites, social media accounts, job boards, or emails to obtain personal information or money.

HOPE Clinic will never ask a job applicant to:

• Pay a fee as part of the hiring process

• Provide financial information or payment

• Provide sensitive personal information such as passport number, bank account number, or Social Security number during the interview process

• Receive or ship packages or equipment on behalf of the Clinic

Our recruitment process is conducted by phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or in person. Official emails from HOPE Clinic recruiters will come from an @hopechc.org email address. If you receive a suspicious communication, please stop communicating with the sender and contact HR@hopechc.org to verify its legitimacy.

If you believe you have been the victim of a recruitment scam, please contact your local authorities and consider filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission.
